The larger screened PSP offers little competition to the Video iPod due to the expense of the UMD movie disks. Although admittedly the screen is much bigger the Video titles are hard to come by and the Apple Music Store(tm) saves you having to walk down to the shops.

Apple boasted sales of 14 million iPods in the last quarter of 2005, and over 20 million in the last quarter of 2006 bringing total sales for the product to around 100 million.
